Sonic Ring Run

Web games often struggle with input lag and performance. The goal was to create a smooth experience with solid collision detection and a scaling difficulty curve.

Using the Kaplay engine, we focused on game-feel — the weight of the jump, the snap of the ring collection, and the clarity of the ranking system. Layered parallax backgrounds enhance the sense of speed.

A polished, browser-based endless runner. Features a robust scoring system, 7 in-game ranks, and a variety of interactive hazards — all running in the browser without a native install.
